At Karla's Personalised Bracelets and Jewellery LTD, every piece is made with care and customised just for you. Because of the personalised nature of our products, we have a specific refund policy to ensure fairness and transparency.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Personalised products are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect spelling provided by the customer, or sizing issues unless the fault lies with us.

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

  • The item arrives damaged or faulty

  • The personalisation is incorrect due to our error

  • You received the wrong item

Processing Refunds

  • Once your request is reviewed and approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • If a replacement is preferred, we’ll dispatch it as soon as possible at no extra cost.

📦 Return Shipping

  • If a return is required, we’ll provide instructions. In most cases, we’ll cover return shipping for faulty or incorrect items.
