Shipping Policy

All Orders Are processed within 1-2 shipping days (Excluding weekends and Bank holidays)

Orders in which are placed after 2PM will be Processed the next working day.

You will Receive a Confirmation Email once your order has been shipped, Including a tracking number if one is available.

We currently do NOT ship to PO boxes or Military Addresses.

Once your Order has been shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number.

If your Order is Delayed or lost please contact us at karlaspersonalisedjewellery@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We will then work with the courier to resolve this issue and ensure you are taken care of.
